Is there double taxation for china etfs listed in US?

I understand that US have a 30% WHT on dividends for singapore investors. Do china tax the dividends on their side too? How does it work?

Why not look at China ETFs listed on the HKSE? I don’t think there is WHT on the dividends for Hong Kong.
