Is possible to do a cash refund of the CPF OA amount withdrawn for our BTO on our own time own target in the future?

Hi! My partner & I each have enough Cash & CPF OA to pay for our BTO upfront.

Will it be subjected to CPF's 2.5% and not HDB's 2.6%?

CPF OA withdrawn for housing continues to accrue interest on top of the principal for the duration that is not returned to your OA.
Partial or Full Cash refund of your CPF OA withdrawn is possible any time during this period with no early repayment penalty. This is known as the Voluntary Housing Refund.
You can refund any amount, capped at the full principal amount you have withdrawn for the property with accrued interest, via:

Cash (eNets)
Cash (PayNow)
OCBC PayAnyone

online CPF website or my CPF mobile app.
