Is it true that if it is better if I choose other insurer with a standalone ci like Manulife ready care critical illness, than the axa term protector with an early critical illness rider?

Recently I just took up axa term protector with a early critical illness rider but came to think about it I should take axa term protector with a diff insurer standalone ci as my current plan if either one is claimed the rest will not be claimable and the policy will close. It’s like a early critical illness acelerrated rider. I understand there is critical illness plus benefit rider from axa to prevent this from happening is it true??

Hi there. Your understanding on the AXA CI rider is correct. My recommendation is always to take a standalone CI plan as it will be much more comprehensive than a rider.

You can check out these links for the best CI plans in the market:

You can reach out to me here if you like to find out more. I cover 9 major insurers including Aviva, AXA, Manulife, Tokio Marine etc.
