1) Some of the REITs have recovered but for some like Times China Holdings, it is still down 30%
2)Also i notice that Hong Kong REITs tend to pay higher dividends (6-8%) compared to Singapore REITS (2-5%).
3) with china reclaiming HK in years to come, when will it be a good time to sell back if i were to purchase these REITS?

Hey Tong Soon! I would say is a big risk now. Like what Wilson shared, it's just been released that Trump no longer recognised HK as it use to be. Given the frequent riot, China governance, and Covid situation, I would consider the market in HK to be extremely volatile. My advice, do not go into it. but do your own due diligience.

I continue to buy into HKEX thinking that the currently volatility is a good way to snap up bargains. I could be wrong....
