Is it a "norm" for motorcyclists to stretch payment of their motorcycle for 10 years (or even more than 6 years)?

I have been brainwashed by my riding peers that full cash is king (without a doubt a great idea and it's obvious). But I believe they come from an era where a big CC motorcycle costs a "mere" $20k.
Now Class 2 bikes costs 40k brand new all in. My question is, is it a "norm" for people who ride big bikes to stretch their payments to 10 years? Is it even a good idea to do so?

Theres a company called Motorist that helps with motorcycle refinancing. If you need help with COE or anything they are pretty good. Ive used them before and it was pretty helpful. They offer reloans at 0% interest rates when I used their service, and the duration for the installments is 1 year.

Nope. As a motorcyclist, I paid for my bike in full also.

The longer your duration, the more interest you pay to the shop. And their interest is not cheap at all. Sometimes 5% or more.
