Im selling baked products for dessert table etc on my free time should i legally register my brand?

I have been selling it for over a year without registering it, it seem fine so far, i dont plan to make it a full time thing as i dont think its sustainable as people only order on weekends
I know i have to pay a fee for licensing etc, or should i skip it?

hence not against the law.

However if one day if you decided to go full time or have reach certainly scale, will need to register for tax reporting and management of cost related too.
