If you have to pick between working with a good boss but with an ok pay versus working with a lousy boss but with a higher pay, which would you choose and why?

Good boss and and good working environment. You'll be able to excel more there rather than having to constantly tip toe around when doing your work. Once you've become really good at something, the money will come no problem.

Good boss with mediocre pay. I've been through both situation, and I've come to terms that mental health is above money.

if you have a bad boss, chances are you will dread work. And dragging your feet to work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day is very painful.

work your way up with a good boss, in time maybe your salary will be better. :)
