If you had $400,000 in savings when you're in your 20s, how would you allocate your money?

Some young business owners has the opportunity to accumulate a significant amount of wealth ahead of their peers, how can they leverage this advantage to work less in future? Assuming no kids, only parents as dependents and a near future hdb mortgage to service with a spouse.

For me, I'll set up an emergency fund for about 6 months' of expenses, then wire most of the balance into my offshore to manage my options portfolio and just live a simple life as a full time fund manager.
