Well, this is easy for me.
I would want to travel back 10 years to the day before my grandpa died, and just take a day off work that Friday and spend more time with him. That's all. Nothing extravagant or fancy. Just to buy 24 more hours of time.

During my own past lifetime: having listened more to my relatives (grandma etc.), we are often so busy, 'deaf-blinded' in the hurry, but should be listening somehow 'deeper' what other persons do want to tell us really. We're blind often, I believe.
