Don't confuse robo adviser with algo trader. Both are computer programs. Algo trade by the micro-seconds, robos are long term asset allocators.

Not true. Robo advisor these days are sophisticated enough to carry out long term portfolio investment spreading in gold, government bonds, REITS, Index and other ETF with self balancing capability. It does much more Automations.
