I would like to buy some stocks in foreign markets (e.g. China, India, Vietnam etc), what platform or broker should I be looking into and what are the steps to buy into foreign market?

Am also interested to buy index or etf related to world markets and emerging markets but didn't find much information about it online. can someone please advise? Thanks!
