Hi anon,

The underlying fund is Eastspring's Monthly Income plan.

You can buy the same fund on other platforms without any sales charges (the"investment charge").

The management fee of the fund is build into the fund's NAV and thus the 1.25% p.a. is already accounted for in the fund pricing; you cannot do anything about it.

Hope this clarifies on the method by which you are looking at investing.

As to whether this fund is something you should buy or not, that is another matter entirely, depending on what you expect or are looking for.
