I was late to the party for the TV debate between PAP, WP, PSP and SDP but why is it that PAP had 4.5min to conclude while each of the opposing party only had 1.5min each?

Hello! If I recall correctly, it is because WP, PSP and SDP all only had to rebut PAP. However, PAP has to refute WP, PSP and SDP. Hence, PAP has thrice the amount of time to conclude since there are 3 parties to rebut.
