I want to close my OCBC 360 Account. What are the steps to take?
I want to open a POSB My Account checking account. Because I am so done with trying to use the OCBC app on my phone. It crashes all the time when all I want to do is just see my transactions.
I'm hesitant to close my OCBC 360 Account because I see that under Total Balance there is still a lot more money compared to my Available Balance.
I'm afraid that if I close my account there will be complications because of the Total Balance in my OCBC account.

Best to go to the branch and do the account closure. Ask about the total and available balance etc.
Not sure which platform you using for the mobile app but my experience is good on iOS although sometimes the app is laggy. You could try to update your phone OS and try again.
Also for the OCBC 360 account, the total and available balance should be the same unless you have set up savings goals. If you have savings goals set up, the amount that is parked there will not reflect in the available balance amount. You have to release the money from the savings goals to your account. Not sure if this is what you see?
The bank staff at the branch will be able to help you with your queries.
