I've had two stocks (Keppel REIT and Keppel Corp) for over 5 years now. Is there a convenient way to know how much dividends I've earned during this period?

If the stocks are in your CDP account, you should have received statements from CDP, that will document the dividend payments.

If not, you have to calculate manually based on the number of shares that you have held over the years.

If you had the same number of shares from the beginning, then you could go to the investor relations websites of the companies to get the dividend history and multiply.

My question is regarding the dividends of a stock. A). Dividend payout - Let’s say stock A has a dividend period twice a year; usually is this payout fixed or usually they will announce?

Please share with me why do people invest in REITS compared to other financial instrument? Just purely for dividends? How much dividends do you expect to earn from 10k or 20k worth of REITS ?

With a guy 5 years younger but he's very smart and is earning as much as me, I don't have a high salary. I feel insecure sometimes. Do you think this difference in earning power will be a problem?

Im using DBS invest savers. Is there a way to track how much have i spent investing over the years? Currently it just shows the market value but i cant seem to find out exactly how much i've paid. TIA?

I just received an inheritance of stocks from my late father and I do not know what to do with it. I only know that I am able to get dividends yearly (about $50 only). Should I just sell it?
