I used to use Aegean 21k miles to book J class from bkk to tpe, but now the 21k Intra-Asian is gone :( any suggestions on which Ffp I could use to redeem a good value bkk-tpe on J?

You might try EVA Air, for 25K miles. Do note there'll be fuel surcharges (as is the case for A3 anyway).
