I’m foreigner can I apply for a loan ?

Cos I have standing amount on credit card n I still have 3 money lessen money lender I need to settle all than I jst Wan to combine pay in 1 acc.like debt consultant

For headline - yes foreigners can take loans.

On the question posed in the text - generally, you would want to consolidate loans to take advantage of low-interest rates available on a larger loan. Also, credit card debt generally expensive so covering those with a more comprehensive plan is generally a good idea.
