I'm a Singapore citizen, while my Fiance is a foreigner. We plan to buy a resale HDB and take the Single grant. However, we have some doubts, could you advise?

• can we buy a 5 room HDB with the Single grant ?
• After 5 years MOP, do we need to return the single grant if we sell the house ?
• 5 years later, my fiance should be a SPR, can we still apply other grant if buying a new HDB ( BTO / Sales balance) ?
