1) Best is you go for tailored clothings for a good fit and to look smart. Recommend you to try Tailor Couture,quite reasonable price and sometimes they run promotions too.

2) If tailored clothings are still too expensive for you, you can try off the rack from Zara or G2K BUT bring along a friend (female expecially) to choose the clothes with you if they do not mind. They usually have better fashion sense and can help you see if it looks nice on you.
