I'm 24/F, working in a male dominated environment. Sometimes I see uncles leering at me. How can I politely tell them to stop but also not affect our working relationship (especially because I'm new)?

I'm on site so I'm definitely not dressing inappropriately. These uncles are my superiors from other departments, but I do bump into them often. I'm quite sure I'm not reading too much into it because another of my colleague pointed it out as well. What is the best way to deal with this?

If what they are doing IS making you uncomfortable, then DO take it up with HR. Regardless of whether they intend to make you uncomfortable, or they are unaware that they are making you uncomfortable, you should not have to be subjected to this kind of discomfort at your workplace.

Being bonded cuts both ways. It also means the company can't fire you.

Discuss with HR.

or tell them straight in the face.

if they are offended because you told them they are disrespectful, i won't even want to be colleagues with them.
