I have invested my CPF through stocks here in SG. If I renounce my PR status, will my shares in CDP auto transfer to my CPF regardless if at los? Or will govt allow me to leave it my holdings even I'm no longer PR?

CPF will inform the bank to close your investment account. You can then transfer the stock to your own account and do whatever with it.
