I have $355 of credit on a card that I intend to cancel next month. Any suggestions on the best way I could spend that amount (e.g. buy gift cards/possibly invest it/anything else)?

Just in case it's relevant – I'm an expat, so I can't buy SingapoRediscovers Vouchers, and similarly can't buy/do anything that's limited to citizens/PRs.
