You can use your parents one but I'd suggest not to. There are some clauses to it and difficult to understand.

I taught tuition and work full time. Pay off in 2 years

While it is possible to use CPF savings from parents for education purposes (from outset), there isn't any way to retroactively use own CPF to repay education loans from banks.
