I bought a computer motherboard but the model of the motherboard was wrong. Can someone advise pls!

I bought a computer motherboard at newbecca.com, but the model of the motherboard was wrong. I need to replace it. The boss asked me to send the motherboard back. I had to pay for the postage. What should I do?

Did yiy buy the correct Mobo and they send the wrong one?

If yes then you can ask them to pay for the postage and to send the correct one.

If not there's nothing much you can do other than ask for a refund or something

Erm... pay for the postage...? Don't see what else you can do other than not sending the motherboard back.
