I am recently not able to sync my DBS account to Seedly. What happened?

I have a Seedly app and I used to sync it to my DBS manually. It’s now not possible. What happened?

I'm Kenneth one of the co-founders here at Seedly.

Sadly, the team has made a tough decision to suspend the syncing of DBS due to some updated DBS third-party application policies.

We have released a new feature which allow our affected DBS-Seedly users to be able to add transactions to previously synced accounts in the latest update.

Just thinking out loud - what about OCR of statements? (Customer uploads their statement to Seedly?) Do you think its something that customers are willing to do? Or might as well not do it since it may be too troublesome from a UX prespective?

Hi Adrian! Yeah that was something which we were looking at as a well. But the UX for this was not the best. But no worries, our team is considering various options on this as well!
