It might be a little dangerous to invest with no income. You should only invest money you can afford to lose.

However, if you are still keen, perhaps you can look at more local brokerages like fsmone.

You might want to call the Customer service and see what they say? Even if you have no income coming in, as long as you pass the CAR, you should be able to invest!
