How to sell a deceased HDB flat to one of the beneficiaries? Four beneficiaries agreed one of them will take over the flat. Believe this does not need to put the flat out in open market. What to do?

Make sure one of the beneficiary is eligible to buy.

To check the eligibility, go to HDB page: https://www.hdb.gov.sg/cs/infoweb/residential/b...

Once you know the beneficiary is eligible, get him to do the intent to buy to verify.

Make sure you have already gotten the grant of probate or letter of administration and go down to HDB branch office and to appoint themselves as the executors of the property.

After which, get the executors/administrator to do the intent to sell.

Then now you guys can sell to the beneficiary.
