I got mine at 26 years of age. MOPed and upgrading soon due to space constraints. Don't worry with stats numbers. Just worry about your financial numbers and your family comfort.

If you own a private property when you are 22 yrs old. Can you still buy BTO fm HDB n sell off yr private property?

If a person has got enough cash to pay for a private property in full, is it advisable to do so? Or will it be better to still get a loan?
