How much time in a day do you spend on your finances everyday? Including time spent reading up on finance news, tracking your portfolio, scrolling finance related discussions and threads.?

I personally spend perhaps an hour each day to take note of these finance related matters, but I try not to touch it over the weekend because it's very stressful to me. Wondering how much time other community members spend?

I spend time tracking expenses/ budgeting - maybe a few hours a week, but haven't done tracking portfolio yet

Before I started investing, I spend around 1-3hours learning about investment every day. This includes internet, books, courses, youtube, news etc. This is to make sure I get the fundamental rights and minimise mistakes.

I’m a passive investors so once I started investing, I don’t spend lots of time on investments already. I will say probably 20-60minutes every day now. This is mainly to catch up on latest finance news and stock market situations . For me, I don’t find it stressful at all. If you find stressful, passive investments is probably a better option for you.
