I saw this article on Mothership where a teen uses 800 mins and 25GB every month
6gb, with unlimited during weekends.
Often exceeds by 1gb or two.
when bill came, the weekend usage (free!) goes up to 22gb.
3GB and tap wireless SG and when in office use office wifi connections. All data use on FB Seedly, this Q&A,SBSM, a little bit Spotify and info finding.. haha 😜
Calls?: 10 to 20 mins Max. Honestly other than gov service call, bank calls , nobody calls anymore because nobody is free to pick up calls most of the time and all used to just leave a text message.
Use company CIS account and get 30% discount ($42 less 30% = $29.4 monthly) and free caller ID ( Save $5 x 24 = $120 over 2 years).
Had another test line with Android phone with Circle life. FOC.
Every 2 year I do own market overall plan analysis when plans contract up with consideration of own usage patterns and new phone acquisition cost.
So this year still stays with traditional Telco because this year subsidies on iPhone XS Max is more. So overall total cost still cheaper than VMNO.

Starhub 4G 3 ($40.0935) with Hub Discount of 15%, so I pay $34.0795 per month. This plan gives me 3GB of data and 150 mins of talktime
Circles.Life $28 per month, 5GB of data and 100 mins of talktime
Total about $62 every month
I usually communicate via WhatsApp so I only use about 25 mins of talktime every month. I got the Circles.Life plan as I needed more data especially after I enlisted into National Service because I have to stay in 5 days a week with no WiFi. If I need more data, I'll add Plus 3 ($6) under Starhub which will gives me an additional 3GB of data.
My 2 years Starhub contract ends on May 2019. I will then either port over to Circles.Life or switch to Starhub's SIM only plan as mobile plans without the phone are significantly cheaper. Can't make the switch now otherwise I'll have to pay hefty termination fees.
Yikes, I'm (pretty much) a teen myself and find those figures crazy. Surviving just fine with 4gb even though I use a lot of Instagram and YouTube (which both suck a lot of data). So I try to use them on WiFi as I find that that saves a lot of data.
Using 3G instead of 4G helps too, especially with draining less phone battery haha

Personally, I hardly ever call anyone anymore, so I am very happy with my Circles.Life experience so far!
I pay $28 per month for 7.7 GB of data every month. I hardly ever exceed it but when I am running low towards the end of the month, I turn to using [email protected] at MRT stations and hawker centres :)
Roughly 8-9GB per month with unlimited on weekends for Starhub!
I don't really call so its about 23 mins incoming , same goes for outgoing calls.
12GB limit data per month. Always reach around 11.5GB then stop using that much in case exceed. For calls have free 100mins but usually max use 30mins out going.
I'm using Singtel's combo 2, which gives me
3gb data a month, which I do not exceed.
100 minutes outgoing call, which i do not really use.
I pay about $44 a month, which is way too expensive. Will be switching to either the SIM only plan or one of the corporate individual plans once my contract is up next Feb. For now, I'm bleeding money :(
my data is 9gb, sometimes exceed 1-3gbs.
i have unlimited call time which i use frequently. sometimes more than 300mins calltime
I use 10GB a month! 100 minutes of outgoing call. Recently I switched to Whatsapp calls because they are free on Circles life. Something to consider!
Paying around $28 a month. Pretty darn affordable!
