How is it possible to get monthly dividend from stock?

Looking into one of the seedly blog mentioning monthly dividend to hit in order to hit the target per year dividend. This make me wonder how is it possible to receive dividend from stock monthly?

Whereby the dividend is paid almost the same month?

Alot counters listed on the US exchange pays monthly dividends. Royalty trust, MLP, REITS, etc mostly pays monthly. Alot of the oil/pipeline trusts have fairly high yield. =D
