How do we purchase new policies from insurers if cannot meet up with financial Advisors?

Physical interaction is important when it comes to trust, how can we purchase policies like this?

Actually most of us are still working digitally, you can reach out and I believe each consultant is able to make the arrangements with you digitally.

I think the current climate has opened new means for us to meet people as long as you are open.

Most, if not all sales channels have gone digital. It can now be performed remotely across most insurers.

I have a life insurance policy purchased by my father when I was a little kid. Now I am paying $339 yearly for a 40k coverage. is this sufficient enough? Or should I cancel this policy and get a new one?

My advisor says even if I purchase the Aviva Public Officers Group Insurance Scheme now before the new definitions for the CI kicks in on 26/08/20, I will be under the new definition come 26/8. Is it true?

Would you get insurance coverage with (1) tied agent representing a direct insurer or (2) financial advisor from an 'independent' financial advisory firm or (3) insurance specialist at a bank?

Would it be better to purchase insurance plans from independent advisor or advisor under an insurance company? What are the qualities of an advicer that are considered important ?
