A stock can be a dividend, value and growth stock all at once.
That depends on one's definition of what is a dividend, value and growth stock.
If you want the simple answer, my view is:
Dividend stock - pays out more than 70% of it's earnings on average as dividends
Value stock - Cheap relative to competitors
Growth stock - Earnings per share is growing at more than 20% a year
But of course, the key to investing in any of these type of companies is the valuation, management and understanding of the SUSTAINABILITY of earnings.
