Currently paying my mortgage with a mix of cash and CPF. I used to do dollar averaging in CPFIS-OA through my agent and I stop 6-7 yrs ago for HDB downpayment. Currently my CPFIS-OA is around 100K and CPF SA is around 124K. Since I am not very good at funds/unit trust and my agent hasn't been actively managing my portfolio. My portfolio isnt losing much money as of now. I am wondering if I should sell off my CPFIS and transfer them to SA account? Is there a cap to transfer OA to SA?

You can only transfer OA to SA till FRS ($181k if I'm not wrong. May be outdated).
181-124 = 57
Which means you can transfer 57k from OA to SA.

If you don't understand the funds you bought, and your agent is not managing for you, suggests to sell. Otherwise you are still unnecessarily paying the agent fees and also the CPFIS bank charges.
Even if you keep in OA, you can still get 2.5% interest. which is pretty decent.
