How do I cancel and get a refund for my hotel bookings if it was booked under Hotels.com because of the COVID-19 virus?
Was unable to get through their hotline as well.

hotels.com are probably lacking manpower to solve a sudden burst of pple trying to cancel, so its not going to be easy to get answers and cancellations from them. Need time to get things done.
Seedly has a great article on cancellation of travel bookings (such as hotels, airfares etc)
