How do I calculate an ETF's P/E ratio and earnings growth on my own?

How do I self-calculate an ETF's P/E ratio and earnings growth? For e.g., in Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS ETF's factsheet (https://global.vanguard.com/portal/site/loadPDF...), the P/E ratio is stated to be 19.7x, and the earnings growth 12.2%. As an individual investor, how can I identify what price and earnings was used to calculate? And how do I find out whether the stated earnings growth is trailing or leading, and whether it's over 1yr vs 3yr vs 5yr?
