UOB PRVI Miles provides 4.4 mpd spent on public transportation until 30 June 2020! However, you must use mobile contactless payment methods (i.e. adding the card to your mobile wallet) - tapping the physical card doesn't count.

Hi! There are a few great options that reward transport, including bus & mrt:
Maybank Family & Friends MasterCard offers up to 8% rebate on bus & train rides, petrol & private hire/ride-hailing services. It's also a great everyday card with top cashback on dining, groceries & more. Plus, the fee is waived 3 years (then with just S$12k annual spend), so it's pretty low-maintenance
KrisFlyer UOB Card offers up to 3 miles per S$1 spend on bus & mrt as well as taxis and ride-hailing services. You'll also earn at this rate for dining, online fashion, travel bookings & more–if you spend at least S$500 with SIA in a year
Citi SMRT Card is a great option if you have a limited budget. There's no minimum spend requirement (though you get an extra 0.4% boost in each rewards-eligible category if you spend S$300) and you can earn 2% savings on EZ Reload transactions, plus up to 5% on groceries & dining, 3% online, and 2% on health & beauty. To earn these rates you'll have to spend with specific merchants, but there's a pretty comprehensive list
If you're interested in reading full reviews on these cards, here are a few links below. I'm a credit card analyst at ValueChampion, so I spend a lot of time reading through TnCs to get the details. Hope this helps!
