Hi, sorry I am new to investing and am seeking for help and clarification urgently about the REITs I have bought. I has 2 questions below so can anyone please kindly help and enlighten me on it?

I have recently a security known as "FRASERSCPTRU NRO" and the description states it is "Crediting of Rights". May I know what is this about? Is this preference shares? If yes, how do I go subscribe or apply for it?
In SGX CDP main page, I discovered there are "Corporate Forms for Submission" and 4 companies which says "Voluntary Cash Offers". Do I click and submit all 4 companies or do I just choose 1? I am confused about all these.

Frasers CPT is currently undergoing rights issues. Since you are an existing shareholder, you are invited to purchase additional FCT shares. If your FCT share is in your CDP, the easiest way to subscribe is via ATMs.
