Hi I have a question on MoneySmart.sg promotions?

Hello,

I am interested to sign a new credit card via MoneySmart because of their exclusive credit card promotions. Has anyone applied through this website before? I would like to know if they can be trusted and will fulfil the free gifts if I follow all their TnCs. Have read different reviews online (some good, but a lot of bad ones too about not fulfilling the free gifts/taking very long to receive free gifts from them).

Similarly signed up for a credit card, but no gift fulfilment. Customer service is also completely useless at explaining why eligibility criteria was denied, they will drag it out for months and years.
