Consider the UOB Absolute Cashback (1.7% cashback). There is no minimum spend, no maximum cashback limit, and best of all there are no exclusions (well, almost no exclusions) to qualifying cashback purchases. You can pay for rental, hospital bills, insurance premiums, education fees, and more. Even charitable donations qualify for cashback. These are usually excluded categories in other credit cards.
