Hey investors! Im looking to follow the bogleheads 3 fund portfolio - VWRA, (+/- STI) and an international bond index. Is there a well diversified international bond ETF that anyone can recommend?

What other things should I look at to evaluate the bond ETF?
a) Credit rating
b) Eff maturity date
c) Yield to maturity

Anything else I am missing?

Do we have to pay the 30% tax withholding on bond coupon payments?

VWRA already have STI companies. Don’t invest a huge amount of money in SG(Home bias).

The bogglehead 3 fund portfolio works best in US because the domestic investment will be US based.
