PS. If you are working out, please workout from home as much as possible and not go out. There are plenty of online workout videos available right now and for free! But if there is a need to, for example to run, please ensure that there is safe distancing between you and others :)
No :( I've actually been working out less because I just have lesser motivation to move at home oops! But I do know that some of my friends have picked up a 14 days workout challenge by Chloe Ting where they follow her youtube workout videos every day for 14 days straight.
For me, I have been trying yoga at home and one thing I learned is that it can actually be a lot more tiring than cardio workouts! So... can I count yoga as exercising?
For me, I have been trying to workout more especially since being stuck at home also means not walking enough! It is great that there are a lot of free online classes now and there are so many choices to choose from. I am sticking with home workouts and avoiding going out for a run or jog given the current situation. Anyone has workouts to recommend? I don’t mind trying it out!
