Given the small number of new launches in the pipeline, how will the prices of new launch two/three bedroom condo units be affected? Any past examples where we can draw from?

Without an extensive study - which hasn't been done to our knowledge - this is quite hard to answer. However, we can tell you developers are definitely sensitive to the situation here, and will probably price competitively because of it.

The aim is to get early sales quick via these units, and then stagger the pricing as the project gradually sells out. The Linq Landmark, and (from indicative pricing) Ki Residences and Clavon follow this.
