From CNA: Do women find it harder to save and invest? It seems that women are still paid lesser than men today- how big the effect on them?

Disagree.

How much one is paid depends on how much value one contributes to the company. Gender has nothing to do with it.

Also, certain jobs are gender bias, e.g. 4D is run/sold by aunties, lingerie used to be women only, sewage clearing dominated by males, etc etc.

If it is true, wouldn’t those poor who needs govt aid be all females? Wouldn’t companies only hire females to minimise cost?

In my early 50s. Paid off my resales 3rooms HDB. Max my FRS as of 2024. Saved 12 months emergency fund. No investment portfolio. My children are still young. About planning for my children's future?
