I’m no shareholder of these 2 REITs. But I do advise all shareholders to read the merger document because shareholders need to be clear of the future direction of the REIT.
Put the likes & dislikes in a score system.
Does the resultant business model allow the REIT to grow its distribution or reduce its finance expense?

I'm vested in FLT with some CPF oa funds since last year. To me, I'm rather neutral about the merger news, mainly due to the small holdings I have. But in the long run, it should be good for the reit as the merger is yield accretive.
Will wait and see before vesting more.
