First step: apply for intent to buy
2nd step: Apply for HLE (It is easier to refinance from HDB loan to bank loan than starting from bank loan first. It also prevents you from over-spending on your resale house as bank offers higher loan)
3rd step: Hire an agent to view houses with
Next step: the agent will pretty much tells you what to do next
Last step: Refinance your HDB loan to bank loan to get lower interest
