For Karen Lee at ARA Logos Log Trust. Congratulations on your recent appointment. Can you tell us in a few words what you will do to reverse the multi year decline in dpu at ARA Logos Trust?

I have been a long time shareholder of ARA Logos Logistics trust and have been disapointed at the decling dpu each year. As Ms. Lee is the new CEO, I'm hoping to hear what she intends to do to reverse this trend and reward her longer standing shareholders.
