For Credit Card sign up rewards, should I go for cash or freebies?

I'm looking to get the SC Unlimited credit card. On Singsaver, they're offering free Airpods while MoneySmart is giving $120 cash via paynow. Which is a better option?

If you want a pair of airpods, then go for it since it is of slightly higher value.

Otherwise, take cash.
