For a first time buyer as a couple, should we wait for ECs or jump straight into Condominiums for our first home?

We are reaching the salary limit already and are considering. But there seems to be a lack of ECs in a good location around the areas I am interested in.

Go for an EC if you qualify since it's usually priced 15 to 25% cheaper than comparable new launched mass market condos.
