    Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF is Singapore’s first ETF dedicated entirely to Singapore REITs. Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF tracks the performance of Morningstar’s Singapore REIT Yield Focus Index. The index is one of Morningstar’s strategic beta indexes that uses a proprietary three-factor rules-based investment methodology that emphasises on 1) business quality; 2) financial health and 3) dividend yield.

    • How has the fund been performing quarter on quarter since inception?

    • How has the dividend been trending since inception?

    • How has the fund size been growing?

    • What are your probabilities to make/lose money?

    This is a good etf to gain exposure to S-reits.

    However, if I will like to do DCA or I have small investment capital( below $5K). I will invest in Syfe S-Reits portfolio instead. (this portfolio track the S-Reits index) There is no sales charge and minimum amount which is good for DCA/ small investment amount.

    Yes, thank you dear James, with yield 5.1% for 2019 and annual fees 0.40% (= lower than L.P.) this seems a beautiful alternative. Would be interesting to know how the share of true Singapore property allocation would be for both options comparatively.
